Health Education England East of England, in partnership with the Integrated Care Academy at the University of Suffolk, are delighted to announce applications are now open for the exciting new Integrated Care Fellows Development Programme.
What is it?
The Integrated Care Fellows Development Programme is an exciting and innovative opportunity to bring together talented partners from across the East of England region, and invite them to learn, work and develop solutions together.
The fellowship programme will run from September 2021 – August 2022 and will be split into two main areas; a taught programme and a system project; each designed to complement one another. The taught element of the programme will be run by the Integrated Care Academy at the University of Suffolk, and will consist of a variety of education modules, skills workshops, and action learning sets. Alongside this, participants will work within multidisciplinary trios of local, likeminded individuals to create and develop a system project, which will be based on a real issue within the local system.
For full details on the programme please see the Integrated Care Fellows Development Programme Flyer and visiting their webpage.
Who is it for?
The programme is designed for GPs in the first five years after qualifying, Nurses, AHPs, PAs, Pharmacists, and any other primary healthcare clinicians. Participants will complete the programme as a multidisciplinary trio, which will be grouped according to STP/ICS Area. Each area will have two sets of trios, with each trio consisting of a first-five GP, and two wider workforce primary care clinicians.
