This is an exciting time to join the NHS and we are seeking a Recruitment Support Officer.
Reporting to the Primary Care Recruitment Manager, this is a new role and you will be will be part of a team delivering an innovative and proactive recruitment service to GP practices and Primary Care Networks. As a team, we are working towards our key objectives of making primary care a career destination. We work towards creating and delivering a sustainable, and effective, recruitment solution for primary care.
This is a key role in the Primary Care Recruitment Team. We collectively strive to deliver an effective, quality and customer-focused recruitment service which is reactive to the changing needs of the Primary Care workforce in line with the NHS Long Term Plan.
The successful candidate will support the Primary Care Recruitment Manager in ensuring the provision of a high quality and timely recruitment service. This will include managing recruitment activities and providing advice and guidance to applicants and recruiters. This is a fast-paced and challenging role.
